I am an universal neutralizing solution. I am designed to work in synergy with Perma 1 and Perma 2. I fully rebuild sulphur bonds, set the new shape and neutralize any residue of reducing substances.

I restructure hair during technical services.
I nourish and hydrate the hair structure.
I set all waves and curls.

pH: 2.5-3.5

Once the setting time for Perma 1 and Perma 2 has elapsed, you can apply me and leave me on for 5 minutes. Gently remove the curlers and reapply me. Leave me on for another 5 minutes and rinse me off thoroughly with lukewarm water for 3 minutes.
